Our Process
A brief overview of how we work with you from start to finish
01. BRIEF
Your brief can be as brief as you wish. It may be an essay, or it may be a phone call saying, “Hang on lads, I’ve got a great idea” We welcome your own concepts or we can suggest ideas to you once we’ve learned more about your brand, your customers and what makes you tick.
02. CREATIVE
The planning bit is often overlooked but without it would be like trying to sell a Man Utd top to a Liverpool fan. They may love football but they’re never going to buy it. At this stage we are crafting an idea, a story and fitting it to your brand values and ensuring it’s the right content for the right audience.
03. ORGANISE
We’ll both get out our diaries and see when fits best. If there is anything to hire or locations to scout we will organise this to make sure everything goes smoothly on your shoot days. This stage is sometimes as simple as when are we both free to film at your premises.
04. SHOOT
The bit were we get to play with our toys. We’re a really laid back team. We always stick to a schedule but we find shoot days to be the days were we get chance to develop a professional relationship with you. Everyone has fun and everyone is passionate with creative ideas because we all share the same goal.
05. EDIT
After filming we’re usually really excited to see the footage so we usually have a look the same or the following day. Our schedule for editing is planned with you before filming takes place and is based on our current work capacity so you can know when to expect to see your videos. Most first drafts can be viewed within a week and we send a private link you can share with your team and anyone can make notes on the link so we can see anything we may need to change. We always accommodate a round of changes. Often times there are none, and some are as simple as someone in the shot has left or a phone number on a t shirt has changed.
06. CHECK IN
Once everything is signed off, we send all your files over. At this stage our work is complete but we still like to keep in touch to see how your videos are performing against your goal and we’re always available for advice. That last bit counts even if you don’t work with us.
