Frequently Asked Questions

  • Production costs can include pre production planning, number of camera operators needed to film your project, several shoot dates so it’s hard to give a one size fits all cost.

We like to think we are accessible to all. Our budgets range from £500-£5000 with an average order value of £2000.

Part of our initial meeting is to understand the scope of your project so that we can give you a price that will be fixed throughout production.

  • Simple videos can be turned around within 3 days of shooting. Most first drafts can be viewed within 7 days. As part of our preproduction planning we outline important dates for you to ensure we stay on schedule and deliver what you need on time.

  • 2 weeks notice is ideal to ensure we can understand your requirements and do proper planning to ensure a successful project.

We don’t tend to take on ‘camera for hire’ shoots as we prefer to create videos that you have specific business goals for.

  • You can be involved as little or as much as you like. We do find two big reasons to be involved are, no one knows your business like you and a video shoot can be a lot of fun and a memorable workday for you and your team so we try to encourage it where possible.

  • Yes you can. We deliver a video inline with the agreed scope and style but it’s natural to want to swap out a shot or tweak some text. We offer two rounds of changes at no extra cost to make sure you’re happy with your product.

A full re-edit changing the structure of your video would incur an editing cost.

  • We invoice 50% to be paid by your shoot day and 50% due before final file delivery after you are happy with the final product.

  • We generally cover the north west of England but we do have clients in the north east and even as far as Switzerland.
