This video was created to show how MACS software could be used to help the receiving goods process in a warehouse.

We filmed the video in one 8 hour day as one camera operator and one director. Some projects can be filmed with one operator who also directs but with many moving parts and to ensure everything is captured on schedule it really helps to have a director on set too.

As we knew we were moving around a busy working warehouse we kept the camera on a handheld gimbal as setting up on a tripod would take extra time we didn’t have.

As we knew the video was going to be visual with a voiceover rather than interview driven, we didnt take extra lighting equipment so we could keep it compact and on the go.

The client wrote the script as they knew their process and we had a pre planning walk around the facility and made shot notes alongside the script so we could decide what needed to be shot.
